since this was like an organized wee hours of the morning street race I'm sure he was with the crew. But I could be wrong, I wasn't there. Just making a guess.
I am not sure if he was supposed to be the 1/8th mile mark or what but yeah that wasn't a good spot for him to be in, especially since a willys jeep built to do 35mph isn't known for its 100+mph evasive action maneuvering abilities.
